| In the aftermath of the September
11th tragedy, CBS New York, FOX News Network and WOIO CBS in Cleveland,
Ohio chose
First Call UPLinks to provide around-the-clock
coverage of the events. Because access to NYC was restricted, live
coverage was first provided
from Liberty State Park in New Jersey. Later, when our trucks were
allowed into the city, our engineers took some incredible photos.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the many whose lives have been forever changed by these events. The walls surrounding Bellevue Hospital, nearby poles, and even one of our trucks provided space to display photographs and information regarding the missing. Both Units of First Call UPLinks were on the scene and in action for a combined 36 days. |
