  James J. Massaro, President
has owned and operated Massaro Productions, Inc., a successful video production company since 1983. He attributes part of his success to dedication to quality production - which is achieved with cutting-edge equipment and skilled professionals. Additionally, his personal philosophy is to exceed expectations through dedication and commitment to his clients. Jim, a 30 year veteran of the television industry and a recipient of more than 20 national and regional awards, routinely provides live coverage of breaking news and sports, and videotaped interviews for all major networks. Being out in the field on a daily basis, Jim felt the growing need for a dependable uplink company in this region, and with this realization, he formed First Call UPLinks. Jim presently operates one of three satellite uplink trucks as well as continuing to cover events behind the camera.

Robin Channell, VICE PRESIDENT OPERATIONS
has been with Massaro Productions since 1992 as Office Manager. Her duties include all accounting and payroll functions as well as production crew assignments and coordination. With the formation of First Call UPLinks, Robin’s appointment to the position of Operations Manager was a logical step. The “Delightful” Robin, as named by network insiders, is standing by 24/7 to handle immediate crew and truck booking needs.

Ben's ability to successfully shoot and edit news and sports, has already made him an asset to our company.
TRACEY LISTON, CERTIFIED BROADCAST TELEVISION ENGINEER
joined First Call UPLinks full time in 2012 after supporting the Company in a freelance role since 2000. Tracey's experience has taken him to two North American Olympic Games uplinking the world feed and two Super Bowls handling the pre and post
game needs of domestic and international clients. Previously Tracey managed the Media Support Department of the Case School of Medicine handling the technical coordination of many surgical teleconferences and media video releases for university leadership. IN MEMORY

Thomas"Hoss" Warner
8/24/1969 - 8/18/2010

Hoss joined First Call UPLinks in December, 2005 and was the Uplink Operator for truck 1 based in Youngstown, Ohio. He was an exemplary employee who really understood the television business. This was his life’s ambition and his passion. He always did “Whatever it takes” and completed his duties with precision and love. Those Hoss met on the road respected him and loved him for the kind, gentle person that he was. We have truly lost a great friend and colleague. He will be remembered always in our thoughts, prayers, and heart.
