“Hoss” Warner
8/24/1969 – 8/18/2010
Hoss joined First Call UPLinks in December, 2005 and was the Uplink
Operator for truck 1 based in Youngstown, Ohio. He was an exemplary
employee who really understood the television business. This was
his life’s ambition and his passion. He always did “Whatever
it takes” and completed his duties with precision and love.
Those Hoss met on the road respected him and loved him for the kind,
gentle person that he was. We have truly lost a great friend and
colleague. He will be remembered always in our thoughts, prayers,
and heart.
Thomas Earl Warner, “Hoss”,
40, of Boardman, OH, formerly of Tyler City departed this life Wednesday,
August 18, 2010 in University Hospital, Cleveland, OH. He was born
in Wetzel County August 24, 1969 a son of Harold T. Warner and Sara
Stull Warner both of Alma.
Hoss was a graduate of Tyler County High School, Middlebourne. He
was also a graduate of Salem Teikyo University, Salem, WV where
he earned a degree in communications. He worked in many different
capacities at television stations through out the USA. Hoss enjoyed
his work he also liked the outdoors, traveling and fine dining.
He was a protestant.
In addition to his parents he is survived by a brother Clifford
A. Warner and his wife Martha of Friendly. His maternal grandmother
Lillian Stull Arnett and step grandfather John, Middlebourne. An
aunt Joyce Estep, Athens, OH. Two nieces; Hannah and Meggie Warner,
Friendly.
The family will receive friends and relatives at Furbee Funeral
Home, Rt. 18 Tyler, Saturday 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 pm where services will
be held Sunday 2:00 pm with Reverend Bobby Thomas officiating. Interment
in Beechwood Cemetery, Alma.
